Position Overview
Update and launch new initiatives on the web through Webflow. This would include prototyping, userflows, collaborating with our graphic designer, and implementing the changes to provide a better experience for students.
Time Commitment
This is a flexible part-time role, 10-20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on project needs. The role begins immediately and can be performed remotely.
Role Description
- Regularly update the Webflow sites
- Continually look for ways to improve student experiences on the web
- Help craft the systems and architecture to meet student needs
Requirements
- Empathy-driven UX abilities – proficiency in Figma, Sketch, XD, or similar
- Proficiency in Webflow, CMS platform (or something similar and willing to learn)
- Ability to think through user experience to make the best platform for students
- Detail-oriented – can audit systems, find issues, and troubleshoot solutions
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
- Successfully pass a thorough background check.
Compensation
This is an intern-level, paid position at $15 USD per hour or the local minimum wage, whichever is higher.
