Canada onlyCome join the Writing Team over at Laughing Dragon Studios! Laughing Dragon Studios is seeking an experienced writer to join our team on a contract basis, developing and writing 60 second scripts.
The content is adult animation, comedy, similar in vibe to The Office, Scrubs and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
The position can be Union or Non Union.
What You’ll be Doing
- Developing a short form series for social media consumption
- Writing three 60-second scripts on a weekly basis
- Concepting and pitching new ideas for episodes.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of writing experience with mainstream credits
- Proficient in Scrivener and Final Draft
- Strong proficiency comedic writing
- Creative and innovative mind.
- Proactive, sense of initiative and responsibility.
- Positive attitude, collaborative, and good communication.
- Strong team player.
