Corporate Securities Attorney (Remote Contract Engagement)

Latitude is seeking a corporate attorney with extensive securities and corporate governance experience to work on a temporary and remote contract engagement with one of its digital infrastructure company clients. Applicants must have experience advising on corporate governance and disclosure matters and compliance with relevant corporate laws, NYSE listing standards, SEC reporting and compliance rules and regulations, including drafting and reviewing SEC disclosures (e.g., Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K), and preparing documentation relating to corporate approvals, such as board and committee minutes and resolutions. Candidates may work remotely from any location in the United States. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate's preference (each candidate's pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate's competitiveness for the position).Benefits: Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available.
