Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data visualization requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power BI and other Azure data visualization tools.Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Azure data storage services, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Synapse Analytics, for visualization and analysis.Implement data cleansing, aggregation, and transformation processes to prepare raw data for visualization and analysis.Optimize data visualization performance and usability by tuning queries, optimizing data models, and implementing best practices for data visualization design.Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data used in visualizations.Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures, and provide training and support to internal teams and clients as needed.Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data visualization, business intelligence, and analytics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field; master's degree preferred.5 years of experience working as a data visualization engineer or business intelligence developer, with a focus on designing and developing data visualizations using Power BI.Strong proficiency in Power BI, including experience with data modeling, DAX calculations, custom visuals, and report publishing.Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Synapse Analytics.Knowledge of data visualization best practices, including design principles, color theory, and user experience (UX) design.Familiarity with data analysis techniques and statistical methods used in business intelligence and data visualization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and Power BI certifications preferred.
