Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client relationships within the Command & Control AV market, including government, defense, public safety, utilities, and enterprise operations centers.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to design and propose integrated AV, display wall, and control system solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and post-sales follow-up.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across leading AV manufacturers, including video wall processors, display technologies, control systems, and collaboration tools.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and margin goals.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the Command & Control and AV integration sectors.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as required.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
