LastPass is looking for an Account Executive (SMB) for UKI Market

As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be on driving new business growth and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers in our Enterprise segment. You will be set up for success with strong support from our Channel team, Product Specialists, Solutions Consultants, and Business Development Representatives.

  • Contributing to LastPass' efforts to restore revenue growth. We are a creative team focused on refining our sales process to meet our fiscal year targets.
  • Strengthening our Partner strategy.
  • Prioritizing value creation in everything we do.
  • Maintaining a local focus on your territory, while staying globally aware of industry news and trends.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Proven success in a high-velocity, quota-carrying role.
  • Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to consistently and accurately forecast.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Experience owning and managing a territory with a strategic approach to account mapping.
  • A solid understanding of partner/channel programs, with the ability to build and leverage these relationships.
  • Proficient in using Sales Dashboards and Reports to efficiently manage and take ownership of your territory.
  • A competitive drive, constantly seeking self-improvement and success.
  • A commitment to bringing value to customers and collaborating to achieve shared goals.
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset focused on solving problems and advancing our mission.

It's great, but not required:

  • Willingness to travel to partner and company events.
  • Ability to customize CRM reports to work efficiently with territory data.
  • Previous experience with Clari, our internal forecasting tool, is a plus.
