Job Description

To define and implement business development and growth strategy for Dynamic Packaging across lastminute.com group websites. Working closely with the Director of Dynamic Packaging value stream in analysing and defining market leading strategy for growth opportunities and business development. Driving internal and external research and collaboration to establish priorities and focus areas for roadmap planning and business growth and expansion opportunities. Working closely with Dynamic Packaging revenue management and funnel & markets leaders to establish a holistic approach for growth across the Dynamic Packaging value stream.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business and development strategy for Dynamic Packaging value stream
• In depth analysis of economic, product and market data
• Business case analysis on projects and growth opportunities
• Competitor and market data insights & analysis
• Collaboration with key stakeholders within the lastminute.com group to define priorities and resources needed
• Roadmap planning and special projects management

Qualifications

Essentials

• Excellent data & analytical skills
• Project management skills
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Great use of excel, and data extraction/visualisation tools
• Good understanding of holiday market with proven track record
• Experience in working in OTA/Tour operator environment in senior roles
• Min 5 years experience working in business management/development roles
