- Proven experience leading teams responsible for data center business operations, supplier management, or infrastructure project coordination.
- Strong strategic and operational mindset, balancing day-to-day execution with long-term planning and scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions across multiple functions.
- Skilled at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, able to influence and align diverse teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
