Freelance Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing regular updates on the recruitment process.
• Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to provide insights to clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Experience recruiting in specific industries such as technology, manufacturing and banking and financial services etc.
• Previous experience working with international clients and candidates.
