We are hiring a Business Development Associate to sit at the center of three critical workstreams: growing Kraken 360, building and managing a third-party partnerships network, and running day-to-day business operations across our client relationships. This is a mid-level role for someone who's equal parts dealmaker, relationship manager, and operator.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a business development, partnerships, or sales role, with at least 1–2 years in crypto or digital assets
- Strong operator instincts. You're organized, responsive, and can juggle multiple workstreams without losing the thread
- A commercial mindset — you think in terms of outcomes, revenue, and leverage
- Excellent communicator. You can work a room at a conference and write a sharp follow-up email the next morning
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight. You don't wait to be told what to do
- Willingness to travel to industry events and conferences to generate leads and strengthen Kraken's presence
