Requirements
- Experience as a founder, PM/tech lead, or product-engineering hybrid in a high-ownership environment
- Familiarity with insurance, healthcare, or financial product architecture
- Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery end-to-end
- Clear communication and good product taste — balancing speed and quality
- Comfort guiding a small, senior team focused on outcomes, not tickets
