Your role in our team
- You will supervise the field service engineers associated with Körber Pharma Inspection
- You will manage field service engineers' schedules to achieve utilization, efficiencies, and financial targets
- You will develop the technical competencies of the field service engineers continuously
- You will perform administrative tasks associated with the service department (Time, Expense Approval, etc.)
- You will ensure that all service issues and problems are solved in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
- You will provide support and technical information to Customers and Field Service Engineers regarding Körber Pharma products and services, including mechanical, electrical, and PLC/HMI support and camera systems
- You will work with the Field Service Estimator / Scheduler to create accurate and timely Service Estimates for Customers and the Körber Pharma sales and project teams
- You will work with the Field Service Estimator / Scheduler and the Head of Field Service to schedule Service visits
- You will understand and use the Jira ticket system for Körber Pharma to document, escalate, and resolve issues and facilitate timely responses to customers
- You will improve Customer satisfaction by providing internal and external Customer support and direction with prompt service resolution, including on-site support as required
- You will provide field service to customers when additional support is needed. May be required to visit customers to proactively identify and address concerns and resolve problems
- You will work closely with the Head of Field Service to provide feedback from the field for updates of machine manuals, spare parts lists, and resolution of equipment problems
Your profile
- You have a Vocational or Associates degree in a technical field
- You have 5 to 7 years in a Field Service Supervisory or Management position
- You have 5 to 7 years of applicable technical / application experience in manufacturing and automation equipment
- You have experience with vision inspection in the packaging industry with pharmaceutical experience is a plus
- You have expeirence in Sales Force or CRM
- You have Jira experience
- You are able to multi-task, plan and schedule, and take direction
- You possess professional telephone etiquette and excellent customer service/support skills
- You are able to be on-call and provide weekend support
- You are able to travel a minimum of 25%
