About the Role

You will be the go-to person for setting up new joiners’ accounts across essential platforms like Microsoft 365, Clockify, ClickUp, and many other internal tools. Your role will also include managing equipment handovers, repairs, and returns, ensuring all laptops and devices are ready and secure. You will oversee access management for new joiners and exiting employees to maintain security and operational continuity.

Additionally, you will support automation initiatives to streamline internal processes and provide technical assistance for HR tools, ATS systems, CRMs, and other platforms we use daily.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Set up user accounts and access permissions for new employees on Microsoft 365, Clockify, ClickUp, and other internal systems.
  • Manage equipment logistics including handovers, returns, repairs, and inventory tracking.
  • Prepare laptops and devices for new joiners, ensuring all software and access permissions are correctly configured.
  • Revoke or adjust access for employees who leave the company, maintaining security protocols.
  • Support automation of internal workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR platforms, ATS, CRM, and other software tools.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, systems access, and equipment inventory.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 account setup and management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clockify, ClickUp, ATS, CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Basic IT skills for device setup and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience or interest in workflow automation (using tools like Zapier, Power Automate, etc.) is a bonus.
