The Revenue Operations Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse range of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed within timelines, scope, and budget. This individual will act as the linchpin for cross-functional teams, driving collaboration, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders to achieve project goals and support the company's revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Employ best practices in project management to streamline processes, enhance reporting mechanisms, and facilitate data-driven decisions.
  • Provide end to end life cycle management of Internal Revenue Operations efforts from ideation through implementation phase
  • Track Project progress, manage resources, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to all relevant parties
  • Facilitate, manage, and report status on all phases of the project lifecycle and lead the stakeholder team(s) through each phase including.
  • Serve as the primary contact person for project-related inquiries, facilitating communication across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of projects.
  • Perform data analysis to support business decision-making, report critical milestone updates and prepare and deliver insights and recommendations to leadership via spreadsheet or decks.
  • Track program/project level status and metrics to communicate progress/roadblocks, revalidate execution methods where needed and streamline delivery aligned with projected ROI
  • Document and manage all program/project documentation
  • Create all necessary meetings and follow-up calls with stakeholders, as well as any other needed action as depicted by the VP of Processes & Programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years hands-on Project Management in a SaaS organization
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • Experience in resource management
  • Experience in Smartsheets
  • Experience in JIRA
  • LSS Certification preferred
  • Experience with Excel/GSuite
  • PMP a plus
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Resource and project planning
  • Advanced project planning skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong time management skills with adaptability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • A strong blend of project management, business analysis and technical experience and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong customer service skills
