Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and drive execution of internal improvement initiatives across our global delivery organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring we continuously improve how we operate, scale, and deliver value to clients. You will work cross-functionally with delivery, engineering, operations, HR, and leadership teams to plan, manage, and deliver strategic programs that enhance productivity, quality, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Own and drive cross-functional internal programs that enhance delivery efficiency, team collaboration, process maturity, and overall organizational performance.
• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and success metrics. Track and manage progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with global delivery leadership, department heads, and functional teams to identify priorities and ensure alignment of internal efforts with business goals.
• Process Optimization: Identify and lead initiatives to standardize, simplify, and optimize delivery practices, workflows, and tooling across regions.
• Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. Support training, communication, and enablement activities.
• Reporting & Communication: Create clear status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively look for opportunities to improve our internal operations and delivery models, bringing structure to ambiguity and scaling what works.
• Report to the Vietnam Head of Delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology, consulting, or software services environment.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, agile methodologies, and distributed team operations.
• Proven track record managing multiple cross-functional projects in a global environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on outcomes and impact.
• Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
