At Klim, we work with farmers and food companies to make regenerative agriculture scalable and financially rewarding for farmers. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team to develop and implement carbon and environmental models as the foundation of Klim's platform, expanding its modelling capabilities beyond carbon into crop and agronomic insights, and contributing to the commercial scalability of Klim's solutions and support large-scale decarbonisation of agricultural supply chains.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of product management experience, ideally in data/scientific heavy or technical products
  • Proven track record of shipping products end to end
  • Experience running development cycles and sprints
  • Strong prioritization and problem solving
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast changing environment with evolving requirements and constraints
  • Strong prioritization and problem solving
  • Degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as physics, engineering, environmental science, mathematics, or similar is a strong plus
