With a dedicated team of over 200 professionals, The Group harnesses the power of storytelling and advanced technology to enhance its offerings. Operating in key markets including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, and Europe, the company strives to provide exceptional services and foster innovation for its clients.

The Group is preparing to launch an innovative interactive service next year, with plans to roll out in over 50-60 points of sale across Hong Kong. To support this initiative, the company is seeking a Leasing Manager to identify suitable locations, negotiate with landlords, and manage contracts.

Responsibilities

• Location Identification: Research and identify potential sites for the new interactive service, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.

• Negotiation: Engage with landlords to negotiate favorable lease terms and conditions that support the rollout of the service.

• Contract Management: Oversee the preparation and execution of leasing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial standards.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to assess competitive landscapes and identify emerging opportunities in retail environments.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align leasing strategies with the overall business objectives and service rollout plans.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, real estate development, or a similar field, ideally within smart retail, vending machine, or retail charging / power bank solutions.

• Proven negotiation skills with a strong track record of securing advantageous lease agreements.

• Experience working on the landlord side or in-store development for retail brands is highly desirable.

• Strong market analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities in the retail space.

• Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.

• Detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple projects.
