Role

The Corporate Operations team at KI Capital are looking for a highly motivated and diligent Operations Assistant to join our team. This is an extremely varied role that requires excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills in order to provide day-to-day support across our Operations and Legal functions. We are looking for someone who is always happy to help, willing to go the extra mile and can work collaboratively and positively at all times.

Key accountabilities

  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including proofreading and editing documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Oversee the administration of databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient handling of company information.
  • Responsible for uploading and storing company documentation systematically to ensure ease of access and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the execution of contracts and manage governance filings to maintain legal and operational compliance.
  • Handle domain-related tasks, including managing transfers, tracking expirations, and overseeing the purchasing and renewal processes.
  • Undertake research projects and present findings to the internal team to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects across all investment areas.

Requirements

Essential

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and prioritize a heavy and varied workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized with exemplary time management skills, capable of maintaining efficiency under pressure.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the capacity to convey information clearly and respond well to stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role, showcasing capability in managing diverse administrative functions
  • A keen interest in the fields of private equity and/or venture capital, with a desire to develop industry-specific knowledge and skills.
