You Will:
- Identify gaps and to align digital instruction with national and state standards.
- Have an understanding of social studies grades 6 - 8 content and lesson suitability needs for this age group.
- Clearly understand social studies standards, and think strategically in how to analyze content alignment to standards.
- Oversee the creation of alignment documentation for Kiddom Curriculum content
- This role will be responsible for resources that accurately document the depth and breadth of Kiddom content
- Manage content alignment based on research and feedback and identify areas for improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years working on Social Studies content, History degree, teaching degree and/or equivalent experience working with social studies content standards
- Experience understanding and correlating curriculum content to state standards
- Meticulous and detailed with the ability to manage ambiguous projects
- Ability to define, influence, refine, implement processes, procedures, and policies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
