Role overview

As a Junior 2D Designer, you'll craft captivating visual assets following our guidelines and templates. You'll create static and HTML5 banners, along with video ads, using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. This role involves collaborating with the Lead Designer or Creative Director to iterate designs until client satisfaction, delivering awesome results and working on exciting projects!

Requirements

What are we looking for? Our Junior Designer has a knack for the following skills:

Leadership:

• Work remotely and responsibly, with minimum supervision
• Raise your voice as soon as you detect any issue or blocker in your work

Analytics:

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow existing processes
• A keen eye for details to quality check all your work and fix as needed

Communication:

• For any new project, work in close collaboration with the Lead Designer and/or the Creative Director, to create new designs, iterate until our client is satisfied, then turn your design into a template.
• Discuss with other members of the team effectively, to ask for questions and verify deliverables.

Business:

• Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to creative discussions
• Eager to learn from reviews and constructive feedback

You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:

• 1-2 years of experience in Graphic Design
• Efficient, detailed, and consistent in your work
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to creative discussions
• Eager to learn from reviews and constructive feedback
• Good knowledge of Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
• Fluent English language skills
• Conversational Japanese skills (N3 or above) - only a plus!
