KEYRUS EPM Americas delivers world-class Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions leveraging Anaplan’s most advanced capabilities. As an EPM Delivery Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex planning programs, combining strong project leadership, solution governance, and a deep understanding of EPM platforms.

This role is 70% focused on delivery excellence (ensuring high-quality implementations, client satisfaction, and team development) and 30% focused on business growth through pre-sales, solution shaping, and practice enablement.

You will oversee cross-functional delivery teams implementing connected planning solutions across Integrated Financial Planning (IFP), Workforce Planning (WFP), Go-to-Market (GTM), and Supply Chain (SC), while incorporating advanced capabilities such as the Polaris engine, Optimizer, PlanIQ, and AI-driven forecasting.

The EPM Manager’s primary responsibility you will be accountable for managing a client or a client portfolio as account lead, being responsible for the delivery of the engagements, as well as involved in recruitment and hiring activities when needed. The right candidate will have prior consulting experience leading teams to deliver solutions for complex business and growing business in multinational consulting firms.

Responsibilities of the EPM Manager:

  • Primarily lead Managed Services (Support) engagements with US clients.

  • Manage client relationships at executive and operational levels, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery ofenterprise Anaplan programs, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality adherence.

  • Manage project governance, risk, and delivery teams across multiple workstreams and clients.

  • Drive solution excellence through proactive involvement in design reviews, architecture decisions, and modeling best practices.

  • Partner with the Solution Architect to ensure technical scalability and adherence to best practices.

  • Coach and mentor consultants and project managers to foster growth and delivery capability within the Anaplan practice.

  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, scoping, RFP responses, and pre-sales demos.

  • Collaborate with the Delivery Leadership Team to continuously improve delivery standards, QA, and methodology adoption.

  • Monitor project profitability, team utilization, and client satisfaction KPIs.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous innovation, including integration of AI forecasting, scenario optimization, and connected applications.

  • Responsible for driving and closing new business opportunities. Your role will focus on developing long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

  • Take the lead in developing client-specific value propositions and formulating proposals to help our clients succeed.

  • Responsible for the delivery of the work to the client.

  • Displays knowledge leadership and experience in the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) domain

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify expansion opportunities and create long-term relationships

  • Support and validate proposals creation by understanding clients' requirements, quality of proposals, strong assumptions definition

  • Demonstrate technical knowledge for EPM software implementations, including multidimensional solutions, general architecture, and functionalities

  • Be able to validate priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones for complex projects

  • Maintain customer focus and demonstrate leadership to drive consensus and strategic decisions

  • Communicate well, both written and orally, at all levels ‐ executive, managerial, technical, and client

Required Attributes:

  • Minimum 8–10 years in EPM or Performance Management consulting.

  • At least 5 years of experience delivering EPM programs, including multi-model, multi-region deployments.

  • Deep technical and functional understanding of one of the following technologies:Anaplan, Pigment, Oracle Hyperion/EPBCS, IBM TM1/PA, SAP SAC, Tagetik, Board, OneStream, Adaptive (Workday).

  • Demonstrated success in client delivery management, governance, and stakeholder communication.

  • Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and modern PMO tools.

  • Experience withfinancial planning, workforce, CPG/Retail, or supply chain use cases.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Excellent English communication and leadership skills.

  • Prior and proven experience managing mid-size (10-50 people) team in a services delivery area.

  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills

  • Background in financial/multi-dimensional modeling, analytics, or business intelligence

  • Ability to develop relationships with key partners at Keyrus, Clients, and Vendors to build a strong network of continued growth

  • Ability to succeed in different company environments and build relationships with ease

Desired Attributes:

  • Understanding of AI forecasting, machine learning, or predictive analytics.

  • Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner Certification.

  • Prior experience in business development by providing sales support including contribution to RFPs and conducting demo sessions for prospective clients

  • Prior experience with Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Consolidation/Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning

  • Thought leadership such as publications or presentations in select industries or use cases

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

  • Prior experience within the following verticals: SaaS, Technology, Life Sciences, Healthcare, CPG / Retail
