Keyrus is looking for a Data Curation Developer to help transform raw scientific data into high-quality, analysis-ready datasets. The role involves supporting research and development (R&D) initiatives by ensuring data privacy compliance, unifying diverse data sources, and enabling seamless integration into analytical platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in complex batch processing, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Airflow, Delta Lake, PySpark, Pandas, and other Python dataframe libraries
- Experience curating and processing large-scale datasets while maintaining strict data privacy and security standards.
- Strong background in working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Understanding of data governance, especially related to anonymisation and compliance.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present curated datasets and insights.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable, technical data workflows.
- Experience quantifying the business impact and value of data curation activities.
- Experience in R is a plus.
- Fluent in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
