Key about your role
Keylane is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior Java Developer to join the Master Data team in our Development and Maintenance department. The team works on Plexus, our standard back-office product used by customers in Denmark and the Netherlands.
We strive to develop a standardized and consistent solution across our different clients, as well as across different countries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in scrum activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Analysing, designing and implementing solutions for new features.
- Identifying and resolving bugs.
Key about your team
The Master Data team focuses on the implementation and enhancement of:
- Legal Party: connections, future changes and compliancy to privacy regulations.
- Employment: apart from the above, the connections with the possibility of multi-channelling, quality and performance.
- Migration: migration enables our customers to migrate other pension administrations into Plexus.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional and highly professional team, distributed across the Netherlands and India. The team consists of business analysts, developers, and testers, working together to deliver high-quality software.

Knowledge competencies:
- Has solid experience with Java and enjoys working with high-complexity systems.
- Is comfortable working with large-scale financial transactions
- Has experience with our technical stack:
Java, Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Hibernate, Gradle, and MSSQL.
- Has UML knowledge to read and create our data models.
- Is used to create and perform unit, system and integration tests as part of your development work.
- Analyses complex technical problems and issues, defines and manages execution of the best fitting solution.
Guiding & Innovative competencies:
- Inspires, drives innovation, stimulates fresh ideas and persists in realising improvements.
- Identifies ways for and provides input to Architects for optimisation within engineering.
- Executes tasks independently, delegates tasks and sets priorities for other engineers or technical processes across multiple domains.
- Actively provides feedback to other engineers, management and architects.
- Acts as a go-to-person, is able to give advice and hands over knowledge.
- Values teamwork, involvement and collaboration.
- Enjoys working with agile methodologies and tools.
- Is proficient in English.

Keylane offers
- A monthly gross salary between € 4.200 and € 5.900 based on 40 hours per week;
- 8% holiday allowance of your total gross salary;
