Position Summary Keplr Vision is seeking a Systems Engineer, Medical Equipment to keep oversight of all medical devices within our Optometry practices. You’ll play an essential role in connecting and maintaining our network of optical practices, vendors, and systems— ensuring that Keplr Vision’s data foundation continues to drive operational efficiency and business insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Catalogue maintenance of all medical equipment.
  • Technical maintenance of equipment to include firmware updates, network connectivity, repairs, and replacements.
  • Management of integrations into the PMS.
  • Management of leases with vendors and technical teams when needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with general medical equipment and associated systems, including device operation, maintenance, and vendor coordination
  • Curiosity, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of information, handoffs, and coordination daily.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate on technical issues. A solid technical aptitude and comfort working with vendors and IT on device connectivity or integration issues is required.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organization and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and participate in enterprise-level transformation projects.
  • Proactive mindset toward automation and efficiency.
