Position: Revenue Cycle Manager Classification: Exempt, Full-Time Reports to: Vice President Revenue Cycle Management Summary/Objective The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing current and future strategies for billing, processing payments, minimizing bad debt, improving cash flow and managing the overall health of the Keplr Vision’s receivables. This position is responsible for managing relationship and workflow processes within Revenue Cycle Management and is responsible for their assigned Keplr Vision team. This is a co-management role that works closely with expert RCM leaders across the organization to provide high accountability leadership within RCM team. Primary Function
- Develop tactical plans and maintain performance metrics to ensure timely, accurate and optimized Revenue Cycle results
- Work with the Business Services team to create actionable reports, KPI tracking and goal measurement tools
- Plan, develop, and lead the implementation of process improvement initiatives, including workflow enhancement, process documentation, RCM training and analysis of related revenue cycle trends.
- Set quality performance standards and conduct evaluations; drive educational programming to improve data quality
- Engage with integrated revenue cycle initiatives to ensure Keplr Vision achieves revenue cycle goals.
- Maintain comprehensive and contemporary knowledge of patient and third-party billing, coding practices, and emerging regulations and technology.
- Develop vision and strategy to ensure ongoing completeness, accuracy, and compliance of billing, payment posting and AR practices
- Serves as a champion of enterprise-wide culture, including influencing culture change to support Keplr Visions mission to support and serve our providers and practices.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business/management, finance, nursing, or a related field is required. 15+ years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience directing and managing revenue cycle functions in a health care environment,
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare coding, billing and reimbursement.
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
- Ability to work across internal teams to effectively achieve goals while ensuring a positive experience for partner practices, team members and leadership
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, with flexibility and capacity to identify and administer competing operational priorities in a changing environment with creativity and resourcefulness.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to undertake assignments with minimum supervision and direction.
