Job Summary:
The Marketing Communications Manager plays a critical role in driving clear, consistent, and effective communication across both internal and external channels. This position is responsible for the successful implementation of go-to-market campaigns, acting as the communication lead between corporate marketing and field/practice teams. The role also handles communication of new/exiting doctors, works to create efficiencies and standardization based on corporate initiatives, acts as a marketing liaison with the learning and development team and manages cross-functional projects to support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Campaign Implementation
• Lead the execution of integrated go-to-market (GTM) campaigns in collaboration with product, sales, and creative teams.
• Develop messaging strategies that align with target audiences and brand positioning.
• Copywriting and Editing Support for Campaigns
Service Ticket Gatekeeper
• Manage intake and triage of marketing-related service requests.
• Prioritize tasks, assign to appropriate team members or departments, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a structured process for tracking, reporting, and improving service workflows.
• Support corporate Keplr Marketing needs across Keplr digital channels
Change Management Communications
• Facilitate development of and deliver communication tactics for new/exiting doctors
• Partner with HR, leadership, and project stakeholders to ensure consistent, accurate change implementation
• Create toolkits, FAQs, and training materials to support change adoption.
Standardization of Communications
• Establish and enforce standards for branding, voice, and message consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create templates, style guides, and documentation for internal use.
• Ensure all departments adhere to communication best practices.
Learning Team Liaison
• Serve as the communication bridge between marketing and the learning/development teams.
• Ensure training materials and internal education efforts align with overall messaging strategy.
• Support communication of learning initiatives and rollout plans related to marketing campaigns.
Project Management
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional information gathering and organization communication for project execution
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor risks, resolve issues, and report project status to leadership.
