The Data Systems Manager will lead the strategy, implementation, and management of our data infrastructure and systems to enable accurate, timely, and actionable insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee data systems architecture, integration, and maintenance.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, security, and compliance across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and optimize workflows.
- Manage relationships with data vendors and third-party providers.
- Lead data governance initiatives and support data analytics efforts.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the data systems team.
- Monitor and report on key data system performance indicators.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data systems management, data engineering, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Experience with data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party data solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
