[1, 6] It allows organizations to manage operations, cases, records, evidence, and more, all within a single, configurable system. [3, 4] Key features include incident reporting, case management, link analysis, geospatial analysis, document and records management, and secure communications. [4, 10, 12] The system is built to be adaptable to the unique workflows and processes of different organizations, including police departments, Fortune 100 companies, and international non-profit organizations. [2, 4] Kaseware emphasizes its ability to help organizations collect, analyze, and connect investigative data and personnel, ultimately aiming to make the jobs of law enforcement, investigators, and security staff easier and more effective, thereby enhancing community safety and organizational security.
