We are looking for a Student Experience Officer to join our team.

You will be a key part of making our centres flagship locations by providing all students, candidates, visitors, and colleagues with an outstanding experience.

What you’ll bring to the role

We would like you to have worked within a customer focused environment previously and be able to demonstrate you possess the following qualities:

• Proactive and personable with a desire to make a difference.
• Service-driven and focused on providing an excellent experience.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly face-to-face communication.
• Good IT skills and computer literacy.
• Organised with a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience in solving challenges at short notice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Experience of working in an examination or computer-based testing environment is desirable.
• Experience of health and safety requirements in a similar establishment is desirable.
