The Student Affairs Manager provides comprehensive guidance to student-facing staff, manages enrollment and retention reports, and champions continuous improvement within Student Affairs. The role involves advising on policies and procedures, serving on the Vice President's Leadership Team, and facilitating data-driven decision making. The Manager also supports the Enrollment and Student Services teams, manages student-facing communication documentation, and ensures effective student experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, higher education, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in student/customer relations
- PC Literate, Google Suite and/or MS Office
- Strong communication skills, self-organizational skills, process and systems improvement mindset, and ability to build relationships across the organization quickly
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems
- High-level working knowledge of Salesforce and OPS3
- Ability to work with, analyze and use data to inform and improve decision making and processes
