- Develop and implement business strategies to grow the Consulting Practices in alignment
- Identify market trends, new service opportunities, and areas for innovation.
- Expand client relationships and partnerships by identifying new opportunities and delivering
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to drive pipeline, close deals, and achieve revenue
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring delivery excellence and business value.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality consulting
- Drive performance management through KPIs, client feedback, and commercial outcomes.
- Build and scale a high-performing team while also collaborating with leaders across K2s
- Develop and manage budgets, P&L, and resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a consulting, technology services, or
- Experience in SAP consulting or broader ERP transformation work is preferred.
- Strong track record of delivering profitable growth and leading large, complex teams.
- Extensive experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Deep understanding of consulting delivery models, market dynamics, and emerging
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree
- Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud solutions, ERP systems, and related domains.
- Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
- Strong network and industry connections in the consulting or IT sectors.
