AI Engineer

We’re seeking a driven AI Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing legal tech companies in Europe. With an established suite of AI-powered products already serving customers, we’re now scaling our capabilities to deliver even more value. This role lets you ship generative AI features, help build agentic systems, and contribute to the standards and tooling that make our platform smarter every day.

Reporting to the AI Lead, you’ll work hands-on across the stack — from architecture to implementation. You’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering and product teams to turn research ideas into reliable, user-facing functionality, while continuously improving our ML/LLM infrastructure and workflows.

Your Challenge and Opportunity in This Role

You’ll help define what “AI-powered” truly means for our users, while laying groundwork for scalable, production-ready systems. Tasks

AI Strategy & Implementation:

• Architect and implement advanced generative AI and LLM-based solutions for our product suite
• Design and develop sophisticated agentic systems that can perform complex tasks autonomously
• Establish best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment across products
• Initially handle all AI development hands-on as a core technical contributor

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities
• Translate complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive hands-on experience developing and deploying generative AI systems, specially Agentic Systems and applications
• Deep expertise with large language models (LLMs) and their practical applications
• Experience building agentic systems that perform complex tasks autonomously
• Strong programming skills (Python) and software engineering background
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience translating cutting-edge AI research into practical applications
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on delivering user value through AI

Requirements:

• You must be located in the CET -2/+2 zone for this role!
• You must have at least 4 years of professional experience in AI
• You must have already deployed AI Agentic systems into production
