About your role
Juniper Square is seeking a Fund Solutions Manager to join our Sales team. With a solid foundation in fund administration, including deep knowledge of complex accounting and private equity structures, this role serves as a vital advisor to prospective clients on technical aspects of fund administration sales. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential as you navigate client consultations, aligning their needs with our comprehensive software and fund administration offerings. This dynamic, client-facing position offers the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with both our Sales and Fund Administration teams to expand our customer network, leveraging your expertise and ability to engage effectively with prospective fund administration clients. Your contributions will be key to Juniper Square’s continued leadership in providing integrated solutions for funds.
What you’ll do
Partner with Account Executives to target sales opportunities in fund administration for both new and existing clients.
Manage and address all technical inquiries from potential clients
Determine client requirements and ensure alignment with Juniper Square’s capabilities, particularly for complex or specialized fund structures
Establish trust with prospective clients by demonstrating and in-depth understanding of their business needs
Assess the needs of potential clients and collaborate with the Industry Principal and Head of Fund Administration to tailor and price services.
Engage with potential clients to understand their concerns and demonstrate how Juniper Square’s solutions can meet their needs.
Develop relationships with Fund Administration team leaders to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Identify product and service evolution opportunities based on feedback from potential clients
Forge partnerships with third-party providers to complement and enhance Juniper Square’s solutions, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive service experience for clients
Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in fund accounting, client services, relationship management, or audit within the fund administration sector.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Skilled in managing prospect expectations and uniting both internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Comprehensive knowledge of complex accounting practices, private equity investment frameworks, and private fund reporting standards.
Proven ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives and senior leaders, showcasing expertise in industry and technical matters.
Strong interpersonal skills complemented by a keen commercial insight.
Experience with leveraged buyout funds is preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce of similar tools is advantageous.

Compensation
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary for this role is 130,000 - 170,000k. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
