This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced IBM TRIRIGA Perceptive Applications in a fully remote environment. The TRIRIGA Perceptive Application Developer will design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using the Google Polymer framework, delivering an intuitive user experience that meets complex business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, back-end developers, and business analysts to implement custom functionality, optimize application performance, and ensure seamless integration with TRIRIGA back-end systems. This position allows you to mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of application architecture and documentation.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the Google Polymer framework.
- Customize and enhance TRIRIGA Perceptive Applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end components with back-end systems.
- Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces and ensure compatibility across devices.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end performance and functionality issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on application features, customizations, and architecture.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of professional experience in web development with a focus on Polymer and TRIRIGA Perceptive Applications.
- Strong proficiency in Google Polymer (2.x or 3.x), including custom elements and data binding.
- In-depth knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA Perceptive Applications, including configuration and customization.
- Advanced JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API skills.
- Experience with GitHub or other version control systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with designers, developers, and analysts.
- Nice-to-have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, UI/UX design experience, cloud platform familiarity (Google Cloud/AWS), knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2), and back-end integration experience (Java EE, Node.js).
