Accountabilities:
- Plan, write, edit, and revise technical information including user manuals, configuration guides, tutorials, test plans, and product specifications.
- Provide quality control and assurance expertise for technical documentation and security-related materials.
- Analyze existing policies and assist in the development of technical security policies, processes, and plans.
- Collaborate with development, engineering, and project teams to ensure documentation aligns with system functionality and user needs.
- Execute data entry, maintain complex project schedules, and generate relevant technical reports.
- Ensure all documentation meets accessibility standards and is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, cybersecurity documentation, or related fields.
- US Citizenship required; must have or be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.
- Proficiency with MS Office and other documentation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply.
- Knowledge of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse technical teams.
