Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a SaaS environment
- Background in engineering, technical support, or related technical roles
- Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and systems integration
- Experience using project tracking tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Linear
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into engineering-ready requirements
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
