Tech solution analyst (Remote - India)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Tech Solution Analyst in India.

This role focuses on delivering end-to-end technical solutions for retail projects, particularly in inventory and order management systems. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable system designs and ensure seamless data flow across applications. The position requires expertise in integration tools, scalable web applications, and retail domain knowledge, along with strong analytical and documentation skills. You will also lead workshops, prepare technical deliverables, and support solution validation in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-friendly environment aligned with Pacific Time working hours.

Accountabilities

• Conceptualize and design technical solutions in collaboration with business and engineering partners.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure highly available, scalable, and reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to document reference architectures and participate in Well-Architected Reviews.
• Translate business and application requirements into detailed system and technical requirements.
• Break down design plans into actionable project tasks and deliverables.
• Prepare presentations, process flows, data mappings, and maintain documentation repositories.
• Support implementation of integrations, web applications, and services across the retail ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical systems analysis and solution design.
• 3+ years supporting retail or order management/ERP integrations (e.g., Oracle Xstore, Oracle Cloud, Manhattan Active Omni, Boomi).
• Strong knowledge of integration tools, inventory management, and retail processes.
• Experience documenting requirements, process flows, testing plans, and coordinating reviews.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, solution design principles, and AWS services (Gateway, Serverless) is a plus.
• Ability to lead workshops, define/refine requirements, and create business and system use cases.
• Strong data management skills including data mapping, standardization, cleanup, and consolidation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
