The System Analyst will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions for complex applications. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, product managers, and UX specialists, to streamline workflows, enhance system performance, and deliver reliable software solutions. You will engage in requirements gathering, system testing, and problem resolution while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to translate complex concepts into actionable plans. Operating in a dynamic and innovative environment, this position offers exposure to advanced digital assets technologies, including blockchain and tokenized funds.
Accountabilities:
- Design and implement solutions for existing applications and develop scalable, high-performance software components.
- Collaborate with project teams to clarify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist with requirements gathering, interface design, and solutioning of new features.
- Conduct system tests, support user acceptance testing, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Generate reports on application metrics and coordinate documentation of system changes.
- Partner with architects, system engineers, product, support, and UX teams to ensure comprehensive project coverage.
- Streamline workflows through user consultation and contribute to technical meetings and solution planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 2–4 years of experience in systems analysis or technical project delivery.
- Experience with small- to mid-scale IT projects and familiarity with system development lifecycles, particularly agile methodologies.
- Technical proficiency with desktop, web, client/server, and mainframe systems; knowledge of SQL queries is a plus.
- Understanding of blockchain, tokenized funds, and digital assets is advantageous.
- Financial services or mutual fund experience preferred; experience with Transfer Agent or record-keeping systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a global team.
