We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Integration Engineer to join a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence in the world of gaming. In this role, you will build and maintain advanced AI infrastructure, integrate cutting-edge AI research into gaming environments, and design large-scale cloud systems to support complex machine learning workflows. Accountabilities
- Integrate AI agents with game environments and ensure seamless interaction between research models and game engines.
- Design and develop reusable AI infrastructure and tools to support large-scale research experiments and data analysis.
- Build systems for debugging, testing, and improving AI agent performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with research teams to understand technical needs and proactively develop solutions that enable rapid experimentation.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD best practices to streamline development workflows and improve deployment efficiency.
- Contribute to system architecture design, orchestrating cloud resources to support distributed machine learning workloads.
- Document processes, infrastructure, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability of solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in system architecture and design.
- Proficiency in Python and C++, with experience using game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build reliable, scalable, and user-friendly tools for development teams.
- Bonus skills include familiarity with TensorFlow, JAX, PyTorch, reinforcement learning, Rust, and high-performance or hardware-accelerated computing.
