As a Sr. Software Engineer specializing in Rust, you will join a multidisciplinary team working at the intersection of machine learning, big data, and cybersecurity. This role involves developing robust software libraries and SDKs, performing feature extraction and file format analysis, and collaborating closely with data scientists to create high-impact solutions. You will work across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms, engaging in reverse engineering, malware analysis, and advanced software development. Accountabilities

• Develop file format parsing and feature extraction engines for multiple operating systems and file types.
• Engineer new machine learning features in collaboration with data scientists, translating research into practical software solutions.
• Design, implement, test, optimize, and maintain libraries and SDKs for internal and external use.
• Document complex software designs and participate in constructive code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Expose APIs and integrate robust services for broader usability and reliability.
• Conduct reverse engineering, malware analysis, and troubleshooting across different platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in Rust, C, C++, and Python software development.
• Strong experience with file formats such as PE, ELF, Mach-O, MS Office, Zip, and packers.
• Reverse engineering expertise and ability to analyze complex software systems.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins).
• Comfortable working across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with algorithms and data structures for solving complex technical challenges.
• Independent, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
