We are seeking a Celonis Project & Program Management Consultant to lead process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will combine industrial engineering principles with data-driven insights to uncover inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and deliver measurable impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions, leveraging process mining tools and data analytics. Accountabilities
As a Celonis Project & Program Management Consultant, you will:
- Lead process discovery, optimization, and transformation projects using Celonis and other process/task mining tools.
- Analyze functional area data, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Apply industrial engineering methods to improve end-to-end processes, reduce inefficiencies, and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to co-create sustainable solutions that enhance customer experience and support strategic goals.
- Develop and deliver operational dashboards, performance analyses, and clear communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured, communicable components to drive clarity and alignment.
- Identify and manage enterprise-wide opportunities to optimize costs and operational performance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, business consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with industrial engineering, process mapping, and operational efficiency methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in project management and implementing change initiatives
