In this role, you will lead enterprise Salesforce projects from inception through implementation, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You will manage project financials, schedules, and resources while acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, driving Agile practices, facilitating workshops, and delivering AI-enabled Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a consultative mindset for guiding customers through innovative cloud and CRM initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential for success.
Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, design, implementation, and go-live.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedules to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and workshops with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Coordinate multi-platform integrations, data transfers, and system design to meet business requirements.
- Execute Agile Scrum Master responsibilities, guiding teams through SDLC processes and Agile ceremonies.
- Support consulting teams during requirements gathering, design, pilot, and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience with Salesforce implementations or related software.
- Proven experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AI integration.
- Certified Salesforce Admin, with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.
- Experience applying Agile methodologies to project management and software delivery.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, comfortable with VP/Director-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
