As a Solution Architect in Professional Services, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and effective solution designs. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to implement enterprise planning and analytics solutions that drive business performance. Your role involves designing multi-dimensional models, integrating data across systems, and ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives. You will provide technical leadership, contribute to solution documentation, and support deployment and user acceptance testing. This position requires a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients. You will play a critical role in guiding projects from concept to successful execution, ensuring both client satisfaction and solution excellence.
Accountabilities:
- Design and implement enterprise planning solutions that translate business challenges into actionable models.
- Develop and modify multi-dimensional models, optimizing them for connected solutions and new functionality.
- Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for large-scale planning projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams, providing updates, guidance, and documentation.
- Lead or participate in data integration, migration, UAT testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with client objectives and project goals, supporting successful delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise performance management or planning solutions.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Proven experience in full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deployment; Agile methodology preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling for Finance, Sales, or Supply Chain.
- Experience with data integration, analytics, and modeling tools.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
