Senior Web Developer (Remote from Europe)

As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building a cutting-edge Web3 wallet interface designed for seamless user experiences and robust blockchain interactions. You will work on a modern web stack, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of a SvelteKit-based application that interfaces with smart contracts and decentralized protocols. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with designers and product teams, influence UX decisions, and drive innovation in a fast-growing, decentralized financial ecosystem. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core web application features with a focus on smart contract interactions and decentralized protocol integration.
• Collaborate with designers to create reusable, mobile-optimized UI components using TypeScript, SvelteKit, and Tailwind CSS.
• Conduct code reviews, refactor code, and ensure maintainability and scalability for future development.
• Participate in the design process, anticipating challenges and proposing solutions to enhance UX.
• Optimize frontend performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain a high-quality, responsive user interface.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices for frontend development in a Web3 environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Web3 technologies, including EVM-based chains and smart contracts.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, CSS, SvelteKit, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience designing and developing responsive, user-friendly web applications.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team, including designers, product managers, and QA.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and debugging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
