In this high-impact role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of next-generation GPU clusters and critical IT infrastructure for large-scale AI workloads. You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, networking, construction, and operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans, manage risks proactively, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to influence infrastructure strategy, optimize workflows, and contribute to scaling global data center operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Travel to data centers may be required during key deployment phases.
Accountabilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of new data center programs, from design to handover to operations.
- Define and manage scope, schedules, and risks, with a focus on critical path activities and proactive issue resolution.
- Translate technical and business requirements into actionable project plans and measurable deliverables.
- Oversee vendor and contractor execution, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline targets.
- Provide structured program reporting, including dashboards, documentation, and executive-level updates.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management, particularly in large-scale IT infrastructure deployments.
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions and challenge solutions when necessary.
- Proven ability to manage critical paths and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to convey complex topics clearly.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams by influence and example.
- Proficient with modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Asana, hybrid Agile/Waterfall).
- Bonus: knowledge of construction projects, HPC systems, business process design, automation tools, and relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2).
