Accountabilities

As a Senior Software Engineer - React.js, you will:

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and performant SPAs using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and CSS modules.
• Build reusable and accessible UI components using design systems, Storybook, and modular CSS.
• Optimize frontend performance across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and UX designers to deliver engaging and intuitive user interfaces.
• Implement automated testing strategies using tools like Vitest and Playwright to ensure high-quality code.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth automated deployments and integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Significant experience in a Senior Software Engineer role or equivalent.
• Hands-on expertise with React.js, including in-depth knowledge of its internals and ecosystem.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend tooling.
• Strong understanding of browser internals, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience building component libraries and working with Tailwind, modular CSS, design systems, and Storybook.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for frontend systems.
• Proven track record of project leadership, mentoring, and introducing new technologies or practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Self-motivated and able to deliver projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
