Senior AEM Full Stack Developer (Remote - Latam)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex, client-focused web development projects using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern full-stack technologies. You will collaborate with international clients to understand their requirements, design tailored solutions, and implement scalable, high-quality software. The position involves both backend and frontend development, frequent client interactions, and hands-on debugging and problem-solving. Accountabilities

As a Senior AEM Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Design and implement customized solutions for web development using AEM.
• Validate, debug, and maintain implementations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
• Follow best practices for code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to peers and junior developers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
• Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for interacting with US clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in full-stack development beyond AEM (Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience in client-facing roles with regular project updates and technical discussions.
