Accountabilities
- Develop modular, reusable frontend components and libraries for a new application.
- Collaborate with engineering management and QA to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Work autonomously alongside senior engineers to advance greenfield projects from concept to delivery.
- Implement best practices in UI/UX design, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Participate in architectural planning and feature discussions, contributing to core application functionality.
- Continuously improve frontend processes, tools, and practices to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with strong proficiency in Svelte or React.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript to collaborate effectively with full-stack teams.
- Experience shipping features through CI/CD pipelines and writing reliable frontend tests.
- Ability to work independently and drive self-directed problem solving.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-engineers.
- Curiosity, user focus, and motivation to stay current with modern frontend practices and tools.
- Preferred: experience with greenfield projects and mentoring junior developers.
