Senior Fullstack Engineer, Dashboard

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a high-impact internal and customer-facing dashboard platform. You will drive the development of core features, automation, and infrastructure tooling that empower teams to deploy and manage software efficiently at scale. The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic thinking, giving you ownership over multiple projects and the chance to influence platform-wide improvements. You will collaborate with other engineers to enhance developer experience, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure reliability, performance, and scalability. This position offers a dynamic environment where autonomy, mentorship, and innovation are encouraged, while working with modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of the dashboard platform and its associated services.
• Research, design, and implement world-class developer experiences and internal tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support adoption of tools, best practices, and workflows.
• Ensure high code quality, automated testing, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Contribute to platform scalability, reliability, and infrastructure automation initiatives.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge of software engineering and deployment best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience with modern infrastructure management using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform on AWS.
• Proficiency in fullstack web development: React, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and building robust, maintainable software systems.
• Rigorous approach to high-quality code, testing, and engineering best practices.
• Strong focus on developer experience and usability of internal tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in high-growth environments, managing complex projects, and scaling platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of Go, Python, or operating platforms at scale is desirable but not mandatory.
