This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of a sophisticated, multi-tier healthcare software platform. You will design, implement, and maintain reusable components and frameworks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across the system. The position involves collaborating with both local and international product teams, participating in architecture and design reviews, and supporting complex technical challenges. You will have a direct impact on product quality, usability, and operational efficiency while contributing to innovative IT solutions for healthcare organizations. The role requires problem-solving, mentoring, and technical leadership to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement. Accountabilities:
• Develop and maintain framework components and functionalities for a multi-tier application platform.
• Ensure installability, portability, scalability, and serviceability of products.
• Deliver reusable application components to monitor and control backend services efficiently.
• Maintain consistency across framework usage, including Application Server Framework and Kubernetes Framework.
• Participate in software design and architecture reviews, evaluating and iterating on technical solutions.
• Collaborate with local and international product teams to align development efforts.
• Provide 3rd level support for complex customer problems and ensure regular reporting on status and progress.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge in at least three of the following technologies: Jakarta Enterprise, Kubernetes, Docker, Java SE, Go, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Networking Infrastructure, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, npm, ORBIS RGEN Reports, Prometheus, JMeter.
• Enthusiasm for modern technologies and software engineering best practices.
• Experience in software design, planning, and concept creation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
